Who run the world? -GIRLS

at 02:25
Hello Readers! It's not yet time to bid goodbye since I have the plans to continue this blog. But since it would be the last post that will be connected to my academic matters, I'll sum up those thoughts that I shared with you. But before that, please click THIS LINK to view my video that's also about the whole thing of this girly blog.

I'm sure you're familiar with Beyonce's song, Who run the World. The title's impact for me is so powerful knowing that it refers to girls that's why I chose it to be the title of my 11th post.
How we run the world?
We may not literally run the world by ourselves only but I love it how men do everything for women when they court. Although you don't ask them to do and say all the efforts and the sweet words, they diligently do it just to prove that they're serious and you're really important to them. We don't intend to experience things like those, we didn't plan to let boys be like that, it's just really a practice that I don't know from where it started. Maybe, we're just really meant for those things. They should handle us with care, they should love us, and they should treat us as princesses. But remember, there are no certain rules that prohibit us on making our own flow. What I am saying is that, we are known to be like this or like that but we should not always go with the flow. I think it's a good thing if we do such things different from the stereotyped qualities that we are known for. I still don't know what flow would it be but as long us it's still for our betterment, I think there's nothing to worry. How we run our own world will also matter on how we can run the world.
We girls, are known for a lot of things that some of us didn't embody or didn't even aware. Don't you think that maybe it's time for us to make another mark which people will remember? I think it's time for you to be the girl they can't forget, to be the girl they believed irreplaceable. Of all the things that I've wrote in every post, what I assume is that you as a girl will reflect about yourself. You don't need possess those qualities that I'd mention from the past posts if you're really not like that. You don't need to prove anything girl, what you should do is just to be yourself as always. You don't need to go with the flow if your boat is not really fit with the river and the waves.
An excerpt from 'All I really need to know I learned in Kindergarten' by Robert Fulghum says "We even make ourselves up, fusing what we are with what we wish into what we must become. I'm not sure why it must be so, but it is". You may want to reflect about those passage.
I realized that though sometimes I need to become somebody or act like someone whom I want to be, I should not forget who really am I.
